Board Room Seminar Package: $ 5975.

All the above options are included plus the following:

• Director of Photography, Two Camera Operators and One Production Assistant
• Video Recording with Two cameras and edited to create a Broadcast Presentation. Perceived by the viewer as much more professional form of programming.
• Immediate Programming availability with our Board Room Package.
• Full finishing edit done in post production phase of your event production.
• One Website Demo created from final edited materials.

Power Point Package: $ 5975.

• Video Recording up to eight hours of recording time.
• Includes the Dress for Success Editing Package and complete Synchronization of speaker’s presentation video to their Power Point Presentations.
• Additional Days add $ 5500. Each

• Overtime video production rates $150. Per hour, .25 hour increments.
• Audio Feed, Electrical Hookups, Risers and Union Staff paid and provided by client.
• All Packages require 30% non-refundable deposit to secure date.
• Final Payment Terms require payment prior to shipping.

• Minimum setup time of one and a half hours are required for each day.
